After washing, gently squeeze out excess water and apply an appropriate amount
from mid-lengths to ends. Finger-comb through the ends or leave on for 2 to 3 minutes,
then rinse thoroughly. (If hair feels especially dry after heavy sun exposure or chemical treatments,
leave on for up to 5 minutes before rinsing.)
