Shipping Information

  1. Orders will be shipped within approximately 2–4 business days (excluding order day and holidays)
  2. Delivery time: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (no delivery on weekends)
  3. Shipping may be delayed during holidays or due to force majeure events
  4. For home delivery: actual delivery depends on courier route arrangement
  5. For store pickup: please collect within 7 days after arrival notice to avoid additional charges


Add-on Purchase Policy

  1. Add-on items are order-based promotions. Once checkout is completed, they cannot be added afterward
  2. Add-on items cannot be purchased separately
  3. For returns/exchanges, both main product and add-on items must be returned together
  4. Installment plans apply based on the maximum installment option shared by all items in the order
  5. Discount coupons cannot be combined with other promotions

Invoice Information

     Paper Invoice: According to Taiwan Ministry of Finance regulations, if you require a business invoice,
     please enter your Tax ID and Company Name at checkout. A printed invoice will be included with your shipment
     (sent to the same address).
