Returns
If there are any issues with the order content or products, please contact Jielien Trading Online Store customer service within 7 days after the order is delivered (including national holidays).
Returns are limited to a full order return only. Partial returns of individual items are not accepted. All products and gifts must remain brand new, unused, and unopened.
When returning items, please use the original packaging box to properly pack the products for defective exchange, and include a return note inside the package so our staff can process it as soon as possible after receiving it. If the original box is lost, please use another complete box for packaging. Do not stick labels or write directly on the original manufacturer’s packaging. Please also include in the package:
(1) All products (completely unopened)
(2) Gifts and bundled items
(1) Order number
(2) Purchaser name
(3) Contact phone number
(4) Product issue
(5) Refund account number
(6) Bank branch name
(7) Account holder name
After our company confirms that the goods have been received and inspected without issues, we will immediately process the subsequent refund or exchange. If the returned goods are missing parts or damaged, Jielien Trading Online Store reserves the right to deduct the refund amount based on the degree of damage.
If the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact Jielien Trading Online Store customer service within 7 days after delivery (including national holidays), and provide photos or videos that clearly explain and correspond to the issue. Customer service staff will contact the manufacturer within 3 working days (excluding weekends and national holidays), confirm the defect condition, and assist with the exchange process.

Each order is limited to one exchange.
- Credit card payment:
After our company receives the returned goods and confirms that they are correct, the amount will be refunded to your original credit card within 7–14 working days (excluding weekends and national holidays). A notification email will be sent after the refund is completed.
Due to differences in processing time and procedures among banks, it may take 15–20 days for the refund to be credited. The refunded amount may appear on this month’s or next month’s statement, or you may contact your issuing bank directly for confirmation. - convenience stores/ATM virtual account payment:
After our company receives the returned goods and confirms that they are correct, the amount will be transferred to the bank account you provided within 7–14 working days (excluding weekends and national holidays). A notification email will be sent after the refund is completed.
Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted under any of the following circumstances:
- The request is made after the 7-day inspection period (calculated from the day after receiving the package, based on courier delivery date or convenience store pickup date).
- The product or any included gifts have been opened, used, or the original packaging is incomplete.
- Gifts were not returned together with the product.
- Personal consumable products, once opened, are not eligible for return or exchange (e.g., diapers, wet wipes, etc.).
- Products purchased from physical stores or other sales channels.
