- Home Use Warranty: 5 years for motor and frame, 2 years full machine warranty with free on-site service (excluding consumables).
- Commercial Use Warranty: 1 year full machine warranty with 1 year on-site service (excluding consumables).
* Commercial use refers to gyms, studios, construction projects, or any open/public space usage.
- Extended Warranty Program: Register your product online within 2 months after installation to receive an additional 1-year warranty extension (excluding consumables).
- Warranty Coverage Area: Taiwan main island only (excluding offshore islands).
- Warranty Start Date: Begins on installation date.
- Coverage applies to products purchased from authorized SOLE retailers and distributors (excluding special models, second-hand units, or modified equipment).
- Not Covered: Consumables, promotional items, accessories, damage from natural disasters, misuse, improper environment, relocation damage, or software updates.
