Q: How do I choose the size? Are S and M the same size?
A: Hello, currently there are three sizes available: Children (XS), Female (S/M), and Male (L/XL). The (S/M) size means it fits between S–M, suitable for most women and teenagers.

Q: The mask feels loose when wearing it
A: Please wear the mask from bottom to top and pull the strap to the back of your head. If you have bangs, move them aside to avoid water leakage. Adjust the side straps after wearing — as long as the silicone seal fits your face, it is correct.

Q: I already adjusted the straps, why does it still feel loose?
A: As long as the silicone seal fits your face, it is fine. Water pressure will tighten the mask underwater. If adjusted too tight initially, it may feel uncomfortable during use.

Q: Why does the mask fog up when trying or using it?
A: This is due to temperature differences between air and water. For example, fog forms when warm air meets a cold surface. When entering water, body temperature drops, reducing fogging. This is normal and not related to face size.

Q: Can the mask be used for long diving?
A: It is mainly designed for snorkeling, allowing you to breathe without biting a mouthpiece. Although it prevents water entry, long diving durations are not recommended.

Q: Do you have physical stores for fitting?
A: We cooperate with Carrefour, RT-Mart, and Ever Rich Duty Free. Display availability depends on their schedule. Currently, we mainly focus on online sales.

Q: What are the differences between models? Which one is better?
A: We currently have six models. For more color options, choose M2098. For design, the M2100 Ninja style is popular and features dual breathing tubes. For functionality, the F-1 foldable model offers convenience and unique colors. For budget, the latest dual-tube model offers high value and combines previous features. It depends on your needs.

Q: Why is the anti-fog bottle empty?
A: The anti-fog bottle needs to be filled with water before use. Instructions are printed on the bottle. If you have questions, feel free to contact us.
