Shipping Instructions

• After placing an order (excluding the order date), items will be shipped within approximately 2–3 working days, excluding weekends and holidays.

• Delivery time is Monday to Friday 09:30–17:30. No deliveries are arranged on Saturdays and Sundays.

• Shipping may be delayed during holidays, high order volume periods, or due to force majeure events such as natural disasters.

• The maximum pre-order waiting period is 7–21 working days (excluding weekends and national holidays). Please ensure you are willing to wait before placing an order.

• If pre-order products cannot be produced due to insufficient materials, fabric color differences, or other supplier-related issues, we will notify the customer, cancel the order, and provide a full refund.

• If [Home Delivery] is selected: The actual delivery schedule will depend on the courier’s route arrangement.

• If [Convenience Store Pickup] is selected: Please pay attention to the arrival notification message and pick up your order within 7 days after arrival. Failure to pick up without valid reason may result in shipping costs being borne by the customer.
